How do you get people to review web hosts?

I talk to people on Twitter and ask them to submit a review about the hosting company they are using.  Some people are nice enough to write a review about their experience with the web host that they use.

What about fake reviews?

I manually check every review prior to adding it to the website. A couple of providers have written fake reviews in the last year, to stop this I mention it on their profile page and I also don’t post the fake review — this seems to work well in stopping them do it again!  There are a number of ways I can tell if a review is fake so don’t waste your time.  Also, if you read a profile and it says that I have received fake reviews, chances are these fake reviews have indeed been added to other websites as other review sites don’t check like I do!

How do I add my hosting company to your website?

No, sorry — most other review sites will do this for you though.
