What money back guarantees do you offer?
When cancelling, if you have registered a domain with us, we will require a $20 deduction from the refund total. If no domain is registered with us, and one is pointed to us, we will not require this fee for the cancellation and the amount of unused hosting time will be refunded.
Additional service upgrades are purchased on a yearly basis and cannot be refunded if you do not wish to continue the account, or the specific service. However the service can be cancelled if you require and the service set not to renew so it does not renew.

What is your average uptime?
99.9% Uptime Guarantee – If Just Host fails to provide the promised 99.9% uptime, we will credit your account with a month’s hosting costs, as we guarantee an impressive minimum network uptime of 99.9%.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
Our support team are always around to assist and will assist you with almost anything you require help with. Please note they are not web developers so they do not design a site for you, but will assist you with any issues you are having to make a certain aspect of the site to work. Generally the response time is under 30 mins, but during times of higher traffic, this can rise to an hour but generally no higher. Times such as Monday morning can be a time where large amounts of traffic begin as everyone tends to come back to work and request assistance with one thing or another and this can cause the response times for all departments to be under load while we assist all active tickets.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
If you sign up for the Business package for 2 years, I will give you an additional 3 months of hosting for free.

Our hosting can be used by pretty much anyone who has some basic knowledge of hosting a site. We offer a variety of over 1000 free templates to choose from, as well as 3 site builders of varying levels of user experiences. Some will be better for basic sites, while the others might be better for experienced users who can create even bigger and better sites
